With $12,000, you can now buy a house in Italy

Several villages in Italy are now offering ready-to-move-in houses that cost $12,000. You don't have to worry about adding walls or roofs, you just have to move all your stuff in.

Carrega Ligure in northern Italy and Latronico in the deep south have created platforms where you can see the actual photos and details of their houses online. The regions of Piedmont, Liguria, and Emilia Romagna are selling super cheap houses that are ready to occupy.

Alongside, a partly redone and run-down houses totally in need of a restructure. Also, rentals are advertised as well on the said platforms.

Families that own farming in these locations have abandoned their homes long ago to emigrate abroad or to relocate to larger cities. Don't expect to have an urbanized life here, there's absolutely nothing but just great views, fresh air, and peaceful surroundings.
